"I would just like to commend this representative for the efficient, proficient and professional manner in which she dealt with my issue. For the first time in my 2 year experience with State Farm i was rewarded with the opportunity to speak with someone who wad attentive and receptive to my issue. For the first time I was made to feel like I matter as a human being and not simply another client. I would implore State Farm to ask this woman to give them the details of my experience as it would require much more space then this space would allow. "I was recently rear-ended in a not-at-fault accident and have been going through the process of filing the claim to have the car repaired, etc. Yesterday, I contacted Melissa because the State Farm claims department had provided some confusing information in regard to recovering my expenses. Melissa called me right away and got the claims department on the phone to clear everything up. The process, which had been dragging out, was resolved the same day, and claims contacted the other driver's insurance to have a repair refund check sent to me. While Melissa has several employees, I appreciate the fact that she will personally get involved to ensure that her clients' issues are resolved quickly."

"Spoke with Charlie Diaz, initially I had started an online policy but didn’t close out on it because the policy effective date wouldn’t be current. Charlie ended up saving me money and adding additional services I didn't think I could afford while ensuring my policy would be effective the day I paid! Call them today and ask for Charlie! He’s a very friendly guy and you will not be disappointed with the outcome!"

"Joshua was absolutely incredible to work with! I had originally called to confirm when my car insurance policy was scheduled to start, but he was able to also help me get a better understanding of bundling my home and auto. Usually I'm immediately turned off by this and get irritated, but he explained it in such a kind way, never felt forceful, and walked me through what all was covered and by how much. He helped me understand what to expect once I switched my insurance and made sure that I never felt shameful or stupid for not knowing some things about what all goes into home insurance, escrow, refunds, etc. I very much enjoyed getting to talk with him."
